Neopaganism (sometimes Neo-Paganism, meaning "New Paganism") is a heterogeneous group of religions which attempt to revive ancient, mainly European pre-Christian religions. Most Neopagans stress connections with older forms of Paganism, sometimes in terms of "underground" continuity.

It has been said that there are as many Neopagan belief systems as there are Neopagans.
